VEEV ONE is our affordable and intuitive newest pod system vape that delivers high-quality, multisensorial icy flavour enjoyment.

VEEV ONE is easy to use with its magnetic connector and is sized to fit your pocket. It comes with a range of flavours from icy mint and icy-fruit to non-icy tobacco and fruit flavours and can provide up to 1000 puffs* on a single pod. It features a Compact Ceramic heating technology that delivers consistent taste and a low e-liquid detection system designed to prevent burnt taste. VEEV ONE is not risk-free.

Both VEEV ONE and other e-cigarette devices heat a nicotine containing liquid to generate aerosol. For the most part, e-cigarette devices use a wick-and-coil technology and a cartridge.

Turn ON:
· Press and hold the button for 3 seconds, then release, status light lights will turn on slowly. You can use your VEEV ONE device.

Turn OFF:
· You can turn off the device by pressing the button for 3 seconds

VEEV ONE device and VEEV ONE pods are not for minors. This product is not risk free and is addictive.
You can easily check the charge level of the device when you turn it ON

· Press the Button, status lights will turn on to indicate battery level. · When battery is equal or lower than 1%, LED 1 blinks 5 times. Your VEEV ONE device cannot be used until further charging.
It takes less than 45 minutes to fully charge your VEEV ONE device using the manufacturer supplied charging cable (supplied in the box) and the AC power adaptor (a certified power adaptor you should obtain from a reputable source). For optimal charging performance, only use a manufacturer-approved charging cable.
When the device is fully charged, the 4 white LEDs light will briefly stay ON for 2 seconds and slowly fade out.
VEEV ONE full charge lasts for a pod so you can enjoy your experience without worrying about running out of battery.

No, you’ll not be able to use your old VEEV charger with your new VEEV ONE device.
Only use the manufacturer supplied charging cable (supplied in the box) and the AC power adaptor certified (sold separately). For optimal charging performance, only use a manufacturer-approved charging cable.
VEEV ONE device is equipped with a smart digital control to signal that the pod is almost empty.
VEEV ONE pod e-liquid is fully visible.
To indicate low-liquid levels, the upper light of the VEEV ONE device will blink for a few seconds and the device will automatically turn off.
This is designed to prevent experiencing overheating and burnt taste.
In this case, simply replace your VEEV ONE pod with a new one.
Press the button for more than 10 seconds and release.
All lights will blink white twice, confirming that the device has been reset.
Yes, you can easily change the pod at any time and on the go, with its new magnetic connector made for easy insertion and removal. When inserting a VEEV ONE pod while the device is ON, the status light will slowly turn on with LED ramp-up and then move to Vape phase to indicate you can use the device.
To remove your VEEV ONE pod:
Hold the VEEV ONE pod and, without twisting, pull it away from the device.
Only use a dry cloth to clean the mouth end of the pod and the contacts of the device and the pod.
VEEV ONE, AC Power Adaptor and USB Cable should not be exposed to any liquid. Do not touch them if they become wet or have been immersed in any liquid.
Droplets/traces of liquid that are visible on the cartridge or mouthpiece, which may occur during unpacking or usage, must be wiped off with a clean dry cloth before use.
Do not use this product if the VEEV ONE pod is damaged, tampered with, broken, or leaking.
In case of contact with leaking e-liquid from VEEV ONE pod, wash the affected area immediately with soap and water.
If you have issues starting your vaping session, there might be several reasons:
· The device is not charged
· You press & hold the button during vaping
· There is no e-liquid left in the VEEV pod
· Device malfunction
· VEEV ONE pod leaks

If your device is not starting, please, check the following:
· Charge your device with a certified AC power adaptor you obtained from a reputable source and the VEEV ONE USB Cable.
· To start the experience, press the button only once and do not hold the button while vaping
· Ensure the VEEV ONE pod has e-liquid in it. If not, replace with a new pod
Reset your device by pressing the button for 10 seconds.
The device can show 1-4 white lights, 1 red light
Blinking 5 times upper white light indicates low e-liquid detection in the VEEV ONE pod. Please insert a new pod.
Blinking 5 times lower white light indicates low battery. Please recharge.
Blinking 2 times lower white light indicates over puffing, the device has a time protection for over puffing of 5 seconds.
All lights blink white twice when trying to puff indicates that the device is outside operating temperature (0 to 40 °C). Simply bring it back within this range
Blinking bottom red light indicates device error.
Please reset the device. If this does not solve the issue, please, contact Customer Care support.

No lights may indicate:
· The device is OFF
· The battery is fully discharged
· Device is physically damaged
In the event of any issue, please reset your device:
1. Press the button for 10 seconds, then release

If you want to travel with your VEEV ONE device, we recommend you check with the airline you’re traveling with and verify whether you may take your device on board with you.
Yes, VEEV ONE can be stored in your carry-on luggage or in your pocket.
We suggest you to first finish your pod before taking it into the airplane otherwise, due to air pressure, the pod e-liquid might leak.
If your pod leaked, in case of contact with leaking e-liquid from VEEV ONE pod, wash the affected area immediately with soap and water.
