Droplets of liquid that are visible on the cartridge or mouthpiece of the device, which may occur during unpacking or usage, must be wiped off with a clean dry cloth before use. Do not use this product if the device appears damaged, tampered with, broken, or leaking. In case of contact with leaking e-liquid from VEEV ONE, wash the affected area immediately with soap and water.

VEEV NOW ULTRA is designed for simplicity and convenience of use. A simple LED lighting system shares updates on battery status. The LED will fade in and out during usage, indicate the device is working. When the light is blinking red then white 3 to 5 times and stop working, your device is fully used. If the light blinks red 10 times, your device is warning of an error.

If you can’t puff on the device or the light is OFF, ensure your battery is not depleted and your fingers are not blocking the air inlet holes.

VEEV NOW ULTRA is designed for simplicity and convenience of use, and there are no parts that should be replaced in the device. The device is s not designed to be used with interchangeable pods: therefore, there is no maintenance, no cleaning, no charging, no refilling needed.

If the lights do not turn on when you press the button, your vape may be discharged or may need to be restarted. To reset, press the ON/OFF button for 10 seconds until the status light disappears. The reset will be confirmed when the status lights appear again and flash white 2 times.
