VEEV ONE PLUS is a pocket-sized reusable vape device that features a pod storage compartment and works only with VEEV ONE pods, which contain nicotine. The device heats the e-liquid in the pod to produce vapour instead of smoke, allowing you to enjoy satisfying smoke-free experiences on the go.

VEEV ONE PLUS works only with VEEV ONE pods. You must insert a VEEV ONE pod into the pod insertion area to start puffing, while a second pod can be temporarily kept on standby in the storage compartment. The VEEV ONE PLUS device heats the e-liquid in the pod, producing vapour instead of smoke, allowing you to enjoy satisfying smoke-free experiences on the go.

While both VEEV ONE and VEEVONE PLUS vape devices work only with VEEV ONE pods and have ceramic heating systems, there are two main differences between them.
 

- VEEV ONE is a compact single-pod device. VEEV ONE PLUS is still pocket-friendly, but slightly bigger because it features a pod storage compartment. 
- VEEV ONE charges fully within 45 minutes, while VEEV ONE PLUS has a bigger battery that reaches 100% charge in 40 minutes.

The main difference between VEEV ONE PLUS and other vape devices is that VEEV ONE PLUS is a SWAP & STORE feature while other vapes can accommodate one pod at a time. VEEV ONE PLUS has a storage compartment under the wrap where a second pod can be temporarily stored, making it easy to switch between flavours and store an empty VEEV ONE pod, as well as to enjoy up to 2000 puffs* in total from both pods.

SWAP & STORE feature allows VEEV ONE PLUS device to accommodate two pods within a single device, offering enhanced flexibility and convenience. You can keep two different pods available at the same time, making it easy to switch flavours depending on preference or mood. Alternatively, for those who prefer a single flavour, the second pod can be stored inside the device as a backup, ensuring uninterrupted use. In addition, storage compartment provides hygienic internal storage, designed to keep pods clean, protected, and securely stored for everyday use.

Note: The VEEV ONE pod is best used within 72 hours. Once a pod is taken out of its original packaging, it will start to absorb moisture, which will reduce its performance over time. After 1 week of being opened, it will start to leak.

Each VEEV ONE pod provides up to 1000 puffs*, so with one pod in the pod insertion area and a second pod waiting to be used in the device’s storage compartment, you can enjoy up to 2000 puffs* in total.

At the moment, accessories are not available for purchase for VEEV ONE PLUS device. However, the wraps on the device are interchangeable, so if you have multiple devices, you can swap the wraps between them.

If you notice condensation, use a clean and dry cloth to wipe up any droplets of liquid on the device, as well as in the storage compartment and pod insertion area.

To reset your VEEV ONE PLUS device, press the button continuously for 10 seconds. 
The reset is confirmed when all lights fade in, blink white twice, and the device turns on. Lights will ramp up and display the battery status.

There is no need to replace the whole device. Replace the broken pod with a new pod from a sealed pack. Discard the used pod responsibly.

Check the following:
- Your device´s airflow holes are not blocked when holding the device.
- You’re holding the device in the right orientation with the mouthpiece up to prevent dry burn.

Try the following:
- Reset the device by pressing the button continuously for 10 seconds.
- Ensure the device is within the operating temperature range (0-30 degrees Celsius). Give it time to warm up or cool down.

If you notice any pod spillage or leakage, use a clean and dry cloth or cotton bud to wipe up any liquid in the pod insertion area and/or storage compartment. Discard the used pod responsibly.
