3. How to clean the VEEV ONE device?

Use only a dry cloth to clean the mouthpiece and the contact points between the device and the pod. The VEEV ONE device, AC power adapter, and USB cable should not be exposed to any liquids. Do not touch them if they become wet or have been submerged in any liquid.

Any drops or traces of liquid visible on the pod or mouthpiece—whether during unpacking or use—must be wiped off with a clean, dry cloth before use.

Do not use this product if the VEEV ONE pod is damaged, altered, broken, or leaking.

If you come into contact with liquid leaking from the VEEV ONE pod, immediately wash the affected area with soap and water.

4. Why can't I start my VEEV ONE experience?

If you're having trouble starting consumption, there could be several reasons:

  • a. The device is not charged.
  • b. The activation button hasn't been released.
  • c. There's no more e-liquid in the VEEV pod.
  • d. A device malfunction.
  • e. The VEEV ONE pod is leaking.

If the device still hasn’t activated, check the following:

  • f. Charge the device using a certified AC power adapter from a reliable source and the VEEV ONE USB cable.
  • g. To start consumption, press the button once and do not hold it during inhalation.
  • h. Make sure there is e-liquid in the VEEV ONE pod. If not, replace it with a new pod.
  • i. Reset the device by pressing the button for 10 seconds until all status lights blink 3 times to confirm the reset; then release the button.

The VEEV ONE pod can be replaced at any time thanks to its new magnetic connector, which allows for easy insertion and removal. When the VEEV ONE pod is inserted while the device is powered on, the LED status light will turn on and then off, signaling that the device is ready for use.

7. Do VEEV ONE pods contain nicotine?

Yes, VEEV ONE pods contain nicotine, which is highly addictive. All VEEV ONE flavors are available with a nicotine level of 1.8% (20 mg/ml).
