How to use your VEEV ONE for the first time
- Unbox
Get ready for a new experience with VEEV ONE and make sure you have everything you need before starting: the device, a manufacturer-approved Charging Cable with a certified AC Power Adaptor and your VEEV ONE pod of choice. - Prepare
Insert the VEEV ONE pod into your device. - Switch ON
Make sure your VEEV ONE is charged enough to start the experience. Before first use, turn on your device by pressing and holding the ON/OFF button for three seconds, then release. Four white lights will turn on slowly to indicate that the device is ready for next uses. - Use
It’s simple. Up to 1000 puffs for 1 pod*.
*Based on 1 second breath duration. It may vary depending on individual usage patterns.
You can always change the VEEV ONE pod while your device is turned on. - Turn OFF
If VEEV ONE is unused for three seconds, it will automatically go in sleep mode to save battery.
You can manually turn off the device by pressing the ON/OFF button for three seconds until all the status lights fade out.

Checking the battery
With the VEEV ONE, you always know when it’s time to charge. You can easily check the battery level by briefly pressing the ON/OFF button: four white lights will light up and show the battery status.
- one white LED = 1% – 25% charged
- two white LEDs = 25% – 50% charged
- three white LEDs = 50% – 75% charged
- four white LEDs = more than 75% charged
Do not cover the airflow openings
In order for the aerosol to escape properly, air must pass through your device unhindered. When inhaling, make sure that the two air vents, which are located on the side of the device, are not covered by fingers or anything else.
How To Replace The VEEV ONE Pod
You can easily replace the VEEV ONE floor at any time, even while the device is turned on. When you insert a new pod, the status lights will turn on slowly, which means that the device is ready for use.
