What to do if my VEEV inPRIME pod is leaking e-liquid?
Droplets of e-liquid on the mouthpiece or in the cavity where the pod is inserted must be cleaned with a soft dry cloth or cotton bud before use. If you suspect that e-liquid is leaking from the pod, try using a new pod from a sealed pack. If e-liquid comes into contact with your skin or eyes, wash the affected area with water.
What do the lights mean on VEEV inPRIME?
Your rechargeable VEEV inPRIME features 4 strip lights that blink in different ways to let you know its status or if there's an error. Keep an eye on the light colour and the number of times it blinks, and over time, you'll be familiar with what they mean. No light? The device is off and you need to either turn it on or charge it first. If the battery is totally flat, 1 light will blink white while charging. When fully charged, all lights will be solid white for 10 seconds. Seeing red? This usually means the pod needs attention or there's a general device error which a reset may fix.
Do I need to replace any part of VEEV inPRIME?
Convenient and reusable. Unlike our disposable VEEV vapes, your reusable VEEV inPRIME uses a closed-pod system that lets you experience a variety of exciting flavours using just one device. It works exclusively with VEEV inPRIME pods that magnetically click into place, and when the e-liquid is low, simply discard or recycle the used pod and replace it with a new one—same device, different pod.
That’s not all.
