This website is partially compliant with the requirements set forth in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the non-compliance cases listed below.


Non-accessible Content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons of non-compliance with Law January 9, 2004, No. 4:

  • C.1.1.1 Non-text content - Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent text alternative that serves the same purpose;
  • C.1.2.1 Audio-only and video-only (prerecorded) - For some prerecorded audio-only or video-only media, no alternative is provided that presents equivalent information;
  • C.1.3.1 Information and relationships - In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through presentation cannot be determined programmatically or are not available through text;
  • C.1.3.5 Identify input purpose - The purpose of some input fields that accept specific data is not properly communicated to assistive technologies or has not been implemented correctly;
  • C.1.4.1 Use of color - In some cases, color is used as the only visual means to convey information, indicate actions, prompt responses, or as a visual distinguishing element;
  • C.1.4.10 Reflow - Some content that does not require two-dimensional layout for use or to understand its meaning cannot be presented without loss of information and without requiring scrolling in two dimensions at a resolution of 1280 x 1024 px with 400% zoom;
  • C.1.4.11 Non-text contrast - The visual presentation of information necessary to identify interactive interface components and their states does not always have the minimum contrast ratio required;
  • C.2.1.1 Keyboard - Some content functionality is not usable through a keyboard interface;
  • C.2.2.2 Pause, stop, hide - For some animations, blinking, scrolling, or auto-updating information that starts automatically, lasts more than 5 seconds and is presented in parallel with other content, there is no mechanism to pause, stop, or hide them;
  • C.2.4.3 Focus order - In some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and where the navigation sequence affects their meaning and functionality, some objects that could receive focus do not receive it in an order that preserves meaning and operability;
  • C.2.4.4 Link purpose (in context) - The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text or from the link text together with contextual content that can be determined programmatically;
  • C.2.4.5 Multiple ways - In some cases, only one way is made available to identify a web page within a set of web pages;
  • C.2.4.6 Headings and labels - In some cases, headings and labels do not describe topics or functionality with sufficient clarity;
  • C.2.5.1 Pointer gestures - Some functionality that requires multipoint or path-based gestures for use cannot be operated with a single pointer without path-based gestures;
  • C.3.1.1 Language of page - In some pages, the default language setting cannot be determined programmatically;
  • C.3.1.2 Language of parts - The language of some passages or phrases in the content cannot be determined programmatically;
  • C.3.2.1 On focus - Some user interface components, when they receive focus, initiate a change of context;
  • C.3.2.4 Consistent identification - Some components that have the same functionality within a set of web pages are not identified consistently;
  • C.3.3.1 Error identification - In some cases, when an input error is automatically detected, the error item is not identified and the error is not described through text;
  • C.3.3.2 Labels or instructions - In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when content requires input actions from the user;
  • C.4.1.1 Parsing - There are some syntax errors in the website's HTML code;
  • C.4.1.2 Name, role, value - For some user interface components, name and role cannot be determined programmatically, states, properties and values that can be set by the user are not programmable, or notifications about state changes of these elements are not made available to assistive technologies.
