How to power on the device: Press and hold the button for 3-4 seconds until the status lights turn on to the indicated battery charge level. Release the button to start using your VEEV ONE device.
To power off: Press and hold the button for 3-4 seconds until the status lights turn off gradually and slowly, then release the button.

You can easily check the device's battery level when you turn it on.

• Press the button briefly, and the status lights will light up to indicate the battery level.
• When the battery reaches or drops below 1% charge, the bottom status light will flash five times. You cannot use your VEEV ONE device until further charging.

It takes less than 45 minutes to fully charge the VEEV ONE device with the included Type C charging cable (when used with a certified AC power adapter from a trusted source). To maximize charging performance, use only a manufacturer-approved charging cable.
When your device is fully charged, the four white lights will come on briefly for 2 seconds and then dim and turn off.
You should only use your VEEV ONE device once it finishes charging.
A full recharge will ensure that you can use an entire VEEV ONE pod.

Use only the original charging cable supplied with a certified AC power adapter sourced from a reliable source.
To maximize charging performance, use only a manufacturer-approved charging cable.

Press the button for over 10 seconds until all status lights flash three times to confirm the reset, then release the button.

Use a dry cloth to clean the VEEV ONE pod mouthpiece and the contacts of the device and pod.
Do not leave your VEEV ONE device and charging cable in exposure to liquids.
If that happens, do not touch them.
Any droplets or traces of liquid visible on the VEEV ONE pod or nozzle may spill out during use or when opening the package and should be wiped off with a clean, dry cloth before use.
Do not use this product if the VEEV ONE pod is damaged, tampered with, broken, or leaking.
In case of contact with liquid leaked from the VEEV ONE pod, immediately wash the affected area with soap and water.

If you have problems starting your device, the reasons may be as follows:

• The device is not charged
• You held down the button​
• The liquid in the VEEV ONE pod has run out
• A device malfunction has occurred
• There has been a leak from the VEEV ONE pod

If your device does not start, please check the following:

• Recharge your device with a certified AC power adapter sourced from a reliable source and the included charging cable.
• To start, press the button once and do not hold it down while pulling
• Make sure there is liquid in the pod. If not, replace it with a new VEEV ONE pod
• Reset the device by holding down the button for 10 seconds

The device has different types of lights to indicate a variety of situations: 1 to 4 white lights and one red light.

• The upper white light flashing five times indicates a low liquid level in the VEEV ONE pod. Please insert a new VEEV ONE pod.
• The lower white light flashing five times indicates the battery is low. Recharging is necessary.
• The white lower light flashing two times indicates that too long a puff has been detected: the device activates protection when the puff exceeds 5 seconds.
• All lights flashing twice during use indicate that the device operates outside the expected temperature range (0 - 40°C). Bring the device back into this range to restore proper operation.
• Red lower light flashing two times indicates a device error. Ensure the pod contacts are clean (it could be a connection problem) and perform a device reset. If the problem persists, don't hesitate to contact Customer Service.

No lights may indicate that:

• the device is turned off
• the battery is completely discharged
• the device has physical damage

The main differences between VEEV ONE and VEEV are:

• Liquid capacity increased to 2ml compared to 1.5 ml VEEV

• Battery capacity increased to 450 mAh compared to 360 mAh of VEEV

If you are experiencing problems, reset the VEEV ONE device by holding the button down for 10 seconds, then release it.
