The VEEV inPRIME device is made with 75% recycled aluminum and comes in a SLICK BLACK colour.

The device delivers up to 1400 puffs* per pod with a low liquid detection system that prevents burnt taste.

As for flavours, VEEV inPRIME e-liquid pods are available in British Columbia and Quebec. In British Columbia, VEEV inPRIME comes in 7 flavours - Gold Tobacco, Dark Tobacco, Accents Rich Tobacco, Blue Mint, Mango, Watermelon, and Strawberry. In Quebec, VEEV inPRIME comes in 4 flavours - Gold Tobacco, Dark Tobacco, Accents Rich Tobacco, and Clear. The Accents Rich Tobacco flavour provides an authentic tobacco taste using Tobacco Flavour Extraction EngineeringTM and e-liquids designed in Switzerland. VEEV inPRIME features the new AdvanceVape Induction SystemTM that delivers a consistent taste, and a low e-liquid detection system designed to prevent burnt taste. The new induction heating technology uses a magnetic field to heat up a metal element in the vape pod, which then heats the e-liquid to create vapor without any direct contact.

This provides contactless heating, reducing maintenance since there's no residue build-up on the heating element.

Both VEEV ONE and VEEV inPRIME come with fast charging capabilities. VEEV inPRIME can be fully charged in less than 40 minutes (or to 75% in 20 minutes) with its universal USB-C charging cable and a manufacturer-approved AC power adaptor, compared to VEEV ONE, which charges in less than 45 minutes. Both have batteries certified for compliance with safety standards. VEEV ONE comes with a 450 mAh battery, while VEEV inPRIME comes with a 660 mAh battery. VEEV ONE provides up to 1000 puffs* per pod, compared to VEEV inPRIME, which delivers up to 1400 puffs* per pod for a longer-lasting vaping experience.

Both VEEV ONE and VEEV inPRIME are premium devices. The VEEV ONE device body is made of aluminum alloy, which gives it durability and lightweight strength, while the VEEV inPRIME casing is made of 75% recycled aluminum. Both devices can be recycled through our Circular Program.

The devices come in the following colours:

VEEV inPRIME and VEEV NOW ULTRA have slightly different battery capacities (660 mAh vs 680 mAh respectively). InPRIME provides a longer-lasting vaping experience and offers up to 1400 puffs* per pod compared to up to 1100 puffs* per device with VEEV NOW ULTRA.

VEEV inPRIME is a 2 mL closed pod vape while VEEV NOW ULTRA is a 2 mL disposable vape. VEEV inPRIME devices can be charged and re-used with inPRIME pods, whereas VEEV NOW ULTRA disposables are meant for a single use. VEEV inPRIME comes with the new AdvanceVape Induction SystemTM while VEEV NOW ULTRA uses Cotton Mesh Technology, both delivering consistent taste from the beginning to the end.

In addition, both devices feature low liquid detection designed to prevent burnt taste.

Both devices can be recycled. Both VEEV NOW ULTRA and VEEV inPRIME are made of recyclable components and are made with a 75% recycled aluminum body.

• Press the button for 4 seconds to turn on the device and start puffing
• The LED lights will fade in and out during usage.
• RESPONSIVE DRAW^TM enhances your experience by providing vibration feedback while you puff, and Sensorial Feedback uses vibrations to indicate different device statuses.
• To activate, change, or deactivate the vibration settings, simply press the button briefly while taking a puff.
• Swap the flavours anytime, even when the device is on.

• Simply stop puffing and the device will turn off automatically. 
• No need to let it cool down; you can store it and just keep going with your day. 
• Charge when needed. When the lowest LED light blinks white 5 times, recharge the device to continue usage.
• Can be charged in less than 40 minutes (or at 75% in 20 minutes)

Once you are done with the pods, you can return your old device and used VEEV pods using our Circular Program. Here are the three ways of doing so:

1. Dropping off at a nearby store: Leave your used pods and devices in Circular Program drop boxes at one of our participating locations. Use the store locator.
2. Mailing in: You can receive a free recycling bag when you shop online at veev-vape.com. Place your devices/pods inside and seal the bag securely. Then, head over here to generate your free Purolator shipping label. Then stick the shipping label onto the bag and drop it off at your nearest Purolator location.

• Store and use the product between 0° C and 30° C.
• Do not expose your VEEV inPRIME device to excessive heat or moisture.
 

You can easily check the battery level with a short button press. The following LEDs show the battery ranges below (1 to 4 refer to the LEDs from top to bottom):

• Less than 1% battery level: LED 1 blinks white 5x & no aerosol comes out
• Between 1 and 25% battery level: 1 LED shines white
• Between 25 to 50% battery level: LED 1& 2 shine white
• Between 50 to 75% battery level: LED 1,2,3 shine white
• Between 75 to 100% battery level: LED 1, 2, 3 & 4 shine white

Your VEEV inPRIME device should not be used until it has been recharged. 

It takes less than 40 minutes to fully charge your VEEV inPRIME device (or less than 20 minutes to charge it up to 75%) using the manufacturer-supplied charging cable included in the box and a certified AC power adaptor. For optimal charging performance, only use a manufacturer-approved charging cable.

When the device is fully charged, the 4 white lights will briefly stay ON for 10 seconds and slowly fade out.

VEEV inPRIME devices should not be exposed to any liquid. Do not use them if they are wet or have been immersed in any liquid.

You can use a dry cloth to clean the mouthpiece if needed.

Droplets/Traces of liquid that are visible on the mouthpiece, which may occur during unpacking or usage, can be wiped off with a clean dry cloth before use.

Do not use this product if it appears damaged, tampered with, broken, or leaking.

In case of contact with leaking e-liquid from VEEV inPRIME, wash the affected area immediately with soap and water. 

• Carton and pouch: Dispose of them with your household waste.
• Pods: Return your used pods by handing them over to a special drop-off depot for recycling electric and electronic devices. 

Separate collection and disposal of used equipment help preserve natural resources and ensure protection of human health and the environment. Disposal of used equipment as unsorted household waste may cause adverse consequences for the environment and human health.

• Your VEEV inPRIME device is covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
• This warranty is a supplementary voluntary coverage for any defects of material or workmanship that may occur in the first year of ownership.

The rights conveyed under this voluntary warranty are in addition and without prejudice to all rights and remedies provided by consumer protection laws in the country of purchase.

1. Uninterrupted and error-free functionality of the product  
2. Malfunction and/or damage of any of the VEEV inPRIME device components caused by normal wear and tear or due to aging of the product 
3. Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, and broken plastic) 
4. Damage to the VEEV inPRIME device component caused by misuse, power surge, improper handling, liquid contact, fire, or removal of serial number
5. Malfunction due to use with a non-compatible product manufactured by PMI or a third party 
6. Damage or malfunction caused by an attempt to open, modify, or repair a VEEV inPRIME device component (including modification to the firmware), either by a user or by a technical service provider not accredited by the manufacturer 
7. Damage or malfunction caused by failure to use as described in VEEV inPRIME user guide or in contravention of the firmware license agreement 
8. Product battery performance degradation. Batteries are consumable parts and their performance degradation and use over time is not a manufacturing or workmanship defect 
9. Any malfunction caused by your product not using the latest version of firmware
