The VEEV device is compatible with most popular phones and tablets.
iPhones
For iPhones, make sure your phone is running on iOS 11 or higher. Please note that iOS 13.4 has major Bluetooth® issues which can cause problems with iOS device connectivity.
In order to connect your VEEV device to your iPhone, you’ll need to download the Bluefy browser from the App Store.
Android Phones
For Android phones, make sure your phone is running on version 6.0 or higher and that geo-location is turned on. In order to connect your VEEV device to your Android phone, you’ll need Google Chrome, version 79 or higher from the Play Store.
Some devices can meet connexion issues :
• Huawei P10
• Huawei P20
• Huawei P20 Lite E
• Samsung Galaxy A8
Please note that Lenovo A1000 Phone and Xiaomi Mi A1 do not support Bluetooth® connections.
Desktop Device Compatibility
You can also connect your VEEV device using a desktop computer. You can do this either via Bluetooth® or using a USB cable. To get started, go to www.veev-vape.com, log in to your account and access “My Devices.” Select your VEEV device to connect it.
PC Computers
When connecting via Bluetooth®, you’ll need Windows 10 and Google Chrome, version 70 or higher.
When connecting via USB cable, you’ll need Windows 10 and Google Chrome, version 89 or higher.
Mac Computers
When connecting via Bluetooth®, you’ll need Google Chrome, version 56 or higher.
When connecting via USB cable, you’ll need Google Chrome, version 89 or higher.
What can I do if I have issues to connect my VEEV?
• Before trying to connect again, please make sure:
• Your internet connection is stable
• Bluetooth® is active on your device
• You’ve switched your VEEV device off and on again
• Your VEEV is charged at least 50%
• You’ve restarted your phone if using an Android
