How to use your VEEV inPRIME

Open the package and get ready

Make sure you have everything you need for use: the device, a manufacturer-approved charging cable*, and the VEEV inPRIME pod. It takes less than 40 minutes to fully charge the VEEV inPRIME device, until all 4 strip lights turn solid white.

*The package contains only the Type C charging cable. The AC power adapter authorized by the manufacturer is sold separately.

Turn on and use

Press the button for 4 seconds until the status lights turn on at the battery level. Your device is ready for use.
Insert the VEEV inPRIME pod into your device, make sure it's fully seated, and begin. Inhale gently and make sure your fingers aren't blocking the device's vents. You can change the pod while the device is on. Once the new pod is inserted, the device is ready for use.

Shutdown and battery levels

Press the button for 4 seconds until the status lights gradually turn off.
Short press the button, the status lights will turn on to indicate the battery level. If the battery level is 1% or lower, the lowest status light will flash WHITE 5 times and the device will vibrate 5 times. The device must be charged to continue using it.

How Responsive Draw™ and Sensorial Feedback work

The Responsive Draw™ feature allows you to customize the way you use it by gently vibrating during your draw. To activate/deactivate the feature, press the button and inhale simultaneously (there's no specific order for these actions as long as the two actions overlap). If the button is held down for more than 3 seconds, the device turns off. The Responsive Draw™ feature updates immediately (the device vibrates when activated or stops vibrating when deactivated).

This feature signals the device's different statuses through vibrations. With Sensorial Feedback, you always know when it's time to replace the pod or recharge your VEEV inPRIME's battery.

How to clean VEEV inPRIME

Use only a dry cloth to clean the VEEV inPRIME pod nozzle and the device and pod contacts, removing any visible droplets or traces of liquid on the VEEV inPRIME Pod or nozzle that may leak during use or opening the package.

How to use VEEV inPRIME

For proper operation, make sure that your fingers do not block the ventilation holes on the device.

How to store VEEV inPRIME

Store in a cool, clean place at room temperature. It is recommended to use this product at temperatures between 0°C and 30°C and avoid rapid temperature changes.
