What to do if the pod leaks?
Use only a dry cloth to clean the VEEV inPRIME pod nozzle and the device and pod contacts. If battery leakage comes into contact with your skin, wash the affected area and avoid touching your eyes. If battery leakage comes into contact with your eyes, rinse immediately with running water for at least 15 minutes. If you suspect liquid is leaking from the pod, try using a new pod from a sealed package.
Are the VEEV inPRIME status lights flashing?
1. All lights flash white 4 times:
The device has stopped working because it is outside its operating temperature range. Make sure the device is operated within the recommended operating temperature range (0°C - 30°C). If necessary, let it warm up/cool down for a few minutes.
2. The bottom lights flash red and then the bottom light flashes 3 times:
Low fluid level detection. Make sure the device is used upright; if the signal persists, replace the pod to continue use. If this occurs 3 times, the device automatically turns off. The device can be turned back on by pressing the button for 4 seconds.
3. The bottom light flashes white 5 times (and the device vibrates 3 times):
The device is out of battery. Recharge the device to continue using it.
4. The bottom lights flash red 2 times:
Pod error. Replace the pod. If the error persists, reset the device.
5. The bottom lights flash red 5 times:
Try resetting your device. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service.
6. The bottom lights flash red 8 times while charging:
Your device may have a charging issue. Unplug your device and try charging it again using the cable provided in the box and a compatible power adapter. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service.
