What does the warranty cover and when does it start?
The warranty of the device or one of its components covers malfunctions due to lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods or when the device or one of its components are defective in terms of materials or manufacturing.
Damages caused by ordinary wear and tear or improper use and / or use not compliant with the VEEV User Guide, as well as aesthetic damage (scratches, dents and breakages of the external plastic support) are therefore excluded;
In case of malfunctions due to lack of conformity (in terms of materials or manufacturing) existing at the time of delivery of the goods, we will replace the defective VEEV component within the first two years from the delivery date according to the law (consumer code).
In the event of more than one replacement, the delivery date from which the two-year warranty begins is that of the first device purchased.
Under the law, malfunctions occurring in the first 6 months are presumed to be manufacturing defects and therefore covered by warranty. After these 6 months, the warranty continues to be valid up to a maximum of two years, but it is necessary to check the nature of the malfunction to understand whether it is manufacturing defects (covered by warranty) or defects deriving from improper use (not covered warranty).
