VEEV inPRIME DEVICE - FAQs

VEEV inPRIME is an electronic cigarette equipped with the Responsive Draw™ function, which enhances the user experience through vibration while puffing, and the Sensorial Feedback feature, which alerts you when it’s time to replace the pod or recharge the battery. VEEV inPRIME also features the AdvanceVape Induction System™.

VEEV inPRIME is available in five colors:

Number of Puffs and Battery Size
Both VEEV ONE and VEEV inPRIME feature fast charging functions.
  • VEEV inPRIME charges in less than 40 minutes (or up to 75% in 20 minutes), while VEEV ONE charges in under 45 minutes via a universal USB-C cable (using a manufacturer-approved AC power adapter).
  • VEEV ONE is equipped with a 450 mAh battery, whereas VEEV inPRIME has a 660 mAh battery. Both batteries are certified according to safety standards.
VEEV ONE offers up to 2,000 puffs* with 2 pods, compared to the 2,800 puffs* offered by 2 VEEV inPRIME pods.

Technology and features
VEEV ONE uses a Compact Ceramic heating technology, ensuring a consistent taste throughout the pod’s lifespan. It also includes a low liquid level detection system that prevents burnt taste, much like a safety net for your flavor experience.

VEEV inPRIME is also a closed-pod device equipped with the new AdvanceVape Induction System™, which, combined with the Responsive Draw™ and Sensorial Feedback systems, maintains a stable and optimal temperature to ensure every puff delivers a consistent and rich taste. It also features a low liquid level detection function that helps prevent a burnt taste.

VEEV inPRIME features the new AdvanceVape Induction System™, which provides a consistent taste throughout the entire pod’s lifespan and includes a low liquid level detection system designed to prevent burnt taste.

This new induction heating technology uses a magnetic field to heat the metal element inside the pod, which in turn heats the liquid to produce vapor.

VEEV inPRIME is a type of electronic cigarette distinguished by its specific technologies and design features. Unlike many e-cigarettes that use a wick-and-coil system to heat the nicotine-containing liquid, VEEV inPRIME uses the AdvanceVape Induction System™. This system, combined with low liquid level detection technology, helps maintain flavor consistency while preventing burnt taste.
POWER ON
Press the button for 4 seconds until the status lights turn on, indicating the battery charge level. Your device is now ready to use.

CHANGING THE POD
You can change the pod while the device is turned on. Once the pod is inserted, the device is ready for use.

POWER OFF
Press the button for 4 seconds until the status lights gradually turn off.

RESPONSIVE DRAW & SENSORIAL FEEDBACK
The RESPONSIVE DRAW function enhances the user experience through a gentle, consistent vibration during inhalation. While taking a puff, the device lightly vibrates for the entire duration of the draw. This function is disabled by default on all VEEV inPRIME devices. To activate or deactivate it, simply press the device button while inhaling, the function will then turn on or off.
The SENSORIAL FEEDBACK, this feature uses vibrations to indicate the device’s various states. Short vibrations occur when: you press the device button, connect the device to the charging cable, hold the button for 3 seconds, or turn the device on. This allows you to recognize the device’s status without needing to look at it. This function is enabled by default and cannot be manually turned on or off.

BATTERY LEVELS
Briefly press the button, the status lights will indicate the current battery level. If the charge level is 1% or lower, the lowest light will flash WHITE 5 times, and the device will vibrate 3 times. Recharge the device before using it again.

LOW LIQUID DETECTION
When the lowest status light flashes RED, then WHITE 3 times, and the device vibrates twice, it indicates low liquid level. Make sure to use the device in an upright position. If the alert persists, replace the pod to continue using the device.

RED LIGHT ON THE DEVICE
If the lowest status light flashes RED more than once, you may need to: check the charging status, replace the pod, or reset the device. If the issue persists, RESET the device. For further assistance, visit veev-vape.com or contact Customer Care.

RESET
To reset the device, press and hold the button for 10 seconds. The reset is confirmed when all lights turn on, blink white twice, and the device powers on. The lights will then indicate the current battery status.

Additional Information:
Use the VEEV inPRIME device only with VEEV inPRIME pods specifically designed for it. Never use other pods, as this may cause injury.

Do not modify, refill, or add substances to VEEV inPRIME pods, as this may cause injury.

Use VEEV inPRIME pods immediately after removing them from their original packaging.

Store in a cool, clean place at room temperature. It is recommended to use this product between >0°C and <30°C and to avoid rapid temperature changes.

For optimal performance and to prevent leakage, always use the device in an upright position.

Droplets or traces of liquid may appear while using, storing, or disposing of VEEV inPRIME pods. If you notice droplets or traces of liquid on a pod or the VEEV inPRIME device without visible leakage, carefully wipe off any residue with a dry cloth before use (including the mouthpiece and contacts).

Do not use the pod if it shows visible leakage or if droplets appear again after cleaning.

Do not use this product if the VEEV inPRIME pod appears damaged, tampered with, cracked, or leaking.

Due to the risk of liquid leakage caused by changes in altitude, it is not recommended to fly with unsealed or partially used VEEV inPRIME pods.
It takes less than 40 minutes for a full charge (or under 20 minutes to reach 75%) when charging the VEEV inPRIME device using the original charging cable provided and an AC power adapter (a certified power adapter obtained from a reliable source). To maximize charging performance, use only a charging cable approved by the manufacturer.

Do not charge or use VEEV inPRIME or its accessories if they are damaged, tampered with, or broken.

When the device is fully charged, all status lights will remain solid white for at least 10 seconds, and then turn off.

Use only the power adapter and charging cable provided in the package or obtained from a trusted source.

Do not use, charge, or store VEEV inPRIME in high-temperature environments (for example, inside a car during summer or near heat sources such as radiators or fireplaces).

Briefly press the button, the status lights will turn on to indicate the battery level. If the charge level is 1% or lower, the lowest status light will flash WHITE 5 times, and the device will vibrate 3 times. The device must be recharged before it can be used again.
When all lights flash white
  • All lights flash white 4 times: the device has stopped operating because it is outside the recommended operating temperature range. Make sure the device is used within the recommended temperature range (0°C – 30°C). If necessary, allow it to warm up or cool down for a few minutes.

When the lower lights flash red and then: the bottom light flashes 3 times: low liquid level detected. Ensure the device is used upright; if the alert persists, replace the pod to continue using the device. If this alert repeats 3 times, the device will automatically power off. You can turn it back on by pressing the button for 4 seconds.

When the bottom light flashes white
  • The bottom light flashes white 5 times (and the device vibrates 3 times): the battery is depleted. Recharge the device before using it again.

When the bottom lights flash red
  • 2 times: Pod error. Replace the pod. If the error persists, reset the device.
  • 5 times: Try performing a device reset. If the issue continues, contact Customer Care.
  • 8 times during charging: The device may have a charging issue. Disconnect it, then reconnect it using the provided cable and a compatible power adapter. If the issue persists, contact Customer Care.

Mode change:
  • Activate/deactivate the Responsive Draw function: press the button and inhale simultaneously (the order doesn’t matter as long as both actions overlap).
  • If the button is held for more than 3 seconds, the device turns off. The Responsive Draw function updates immediately, the device vibrates if activated, or stops vibrating if deactivated.
To reset the device, press and hold the button for 10 seconds. The reset is confirmed when all lights turn on, blink white twice, and the device powers on. The lights will then turn on to indicate the current battery level.
Use only a dry cloth to clean the VEEV inPRIME pod mouthpiece and the contacts on both the device and the pod.
  • The VEEV inPRIME device and the charging cable must not be exposed to liquids. Do not touch them if they are wet or have been immersed in liquid.
  • Any visible droplets or traces of liquid on the VEEV inPRIME pod or mouthpiece may occur during use or when opening the package, and must be wiped off with a clean, dry cloth before use.
  • Do not use this product if the VEEV inPRIME pod is damaged, tampered with, broken, or leaking.
  • If the liquid from the VEEV inPRIME pod comes into contact with your skin, wash the affected area immediately with soap and water.
You can replace the pod while the device is on. Once the pod is inserted, the device is ready for use.
Yes, VEEV inPRIME can be carried in your hand luggage or pocket. However, we recommend checking the airline’s policies to make sure you are allowed to bring your device on board.

If you take the device on board, make sure it remains in its sealed packaging during the flight, as changes in air pressure could cause the liquid to leak.

The VEEV inPRIME device complies with EU safety requirements for consumer electronics, as confirmed by the “CE” (European Conformity) mark on the packaging. The VEEV inPRIME device battery is certified and meets technical safety standards such as IEC 62133.

The statutory warranty does not cover:
  • Continuous, error-free functionality of the product
  • Damage to any component of the VEEV inPRIME device caused by normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, scuffs, and broken plastics)
  • Damage to VEEV inPRIME components caused by misuse, voltage fluctuations, improper handling, contact with liquids, fire, or removal of the serial number
  • Malfunctions caused by using non-compatible products
  • Damage or malfunction resulting from attempts to open, modify, or repair any component of the VEEV inPRIME device (including firmware modification) by the user or an unauthorized technician
  • Damage or malfunctions caused by use other than as described in the VEEV inPRIME User Guide or in violation of the firmware license agreement
  • Battery performance deterioration. Batteries are consumable parts, and their gradual performance decline over time does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

For an optimal experience and to avoid leaks, use the device only in an upright position.
